The tank body is equipped with manhole (part-time solid feeding port), feed port, discharge port, sight glass, spotlight, breathing port, CIP (equipped with sanitary universal cleaning ball), SIP port, sterile sampling port, thermometer, temperature sensor, inlet and outlet of hot and cold medium, sampling port and other process pipe outlets.
The nozzle can be designed and manufactured according to the process, and the connection forms of the nozzle include quick mounting chuck type, flange type and screw type, which are selected according to the process requirements.
IV. characteristics of Maillard reactor:
1. Maillard reaction kettle body: inner can SUS304 or SUS316L; jacket Q235-B or SUS304; outer insulation shell SUS304. The internal surface of stainless steel tank shall be polished with mirror surface, and RA of fine polishing shall be ≤ 0.4 μ M. The outer surface shall be mirror or 2B ruled plate. Jacket form: different jacket forms are selected according to different heating methods, including full jacket, half pipe jacket and detachable jacket. Thermal insulation material: it is filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane for pouring and foaming to maintain the temperature difference with the outside world, so as to achieve the effect of thermal insulation. Surface treatment method of shell: mirror polishing or 2B primary matte or 2B matte surface matte or spray painting.

Upper cover: two open movable covers (lower inclined bottom structure, or lower cone bottom (or elliptical, butterfly head) structure) are used for easy cleaning, and upper and lower cone head structure or upper and lower elliptical (or butterfly) head structure can also be selected.
